Top 50 Vietnam’s best performing
companies names Vietjet
(Vietjet, Ho Chi Minh City, January 20, 2021) – For the 4th consecutive year since listing on the stock exchange, Vietjet has been ranked in the TOP50 standing along with other prestigious domestic "billion-dollar" companies.
“Vietnam’s 50 best performing Companies” is an annual prestige ranking
developed by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine in collaboration with Thien Viet
Securities, along with the participation consulting of many leading economists
and business experts from Harvard Business School, to find and honor effective
companies on the Vietnam stock exchange.
“Vietnam’s 50 best performing companies” (TOP50) in 2020 – 2021 awarded
excellent companies with bigger in size, greater in market value and robust
growth rate, which being the pride of Vietnam.
TOP50 has been evaluated based on businesses’ results of three
consecutive years 2018, 2019 and 2020 with three main indicators: revenue,
return on equity (ROE) and earnings per share.
Accordingly, in the context of the global economy being heavily
affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, Vietjet still excellently maintained its
return on equity (ROE) with 23.4%, bringing approximately a 5.6% rate of return
for investors.
